Being a coach is a rewarding experience watching your players grow and develop as an athlete, However, most people do not realize how much time and commitment it takes until they try it. This workshop is open to beginner and advanced coaches. It covers the various roles and responsibilities that the coach will encounter and look at how to integrate new developments and technologies to improve performance.

Running the bench on Gameday

Why are some teams more organized than others on game day? This workshop sheds light on effective techniques that coaches can employ to develop their bench management skills. Running the bench is only part of the gameday experience, the coach also must prepare the pre-game talk and motivate their players to compete and play to their full potential.

Delivering engaging practices

In this the workshop we will examine the benefits of designing a well-structured training plan using a four-stage process that will help you to design challenging and creative training sessions that improve performance and keep players engaged.
